Böttcher dealership
At the Böttcher dealership in Zwickau, Germany, Peneder implemented a stylish arched roof with light shells that ensure sufficient brightness and a pleasant atmosphere. The double-shell, insulated round arched roof lends the dealership a unique character.
It is noteworthy that, in this project, the impressive car sales and exhibition space was retrofitted in 2019/20. Originally, Peneder had constructed single-shell open-air roofing covering 1,952 m2, as well as approx. 49 tons of corresponding steal construction, in 2014/15.
The arched roof rests on new supports and features nine rooflights. A firewall was also delivered and installed for the existing building. 12 SHEV systems were subsequently integrated in 2022/23.
