In recent years, the Steyr location of Industrie Logistik Linz was expanded over several construction phases. Many different versions of the Peneder arched roof were used. During the first construction phase, a second row of roof shells including insulation materials was added to an existing single-shell arched roof. A façade was also attached to create a heat-insulated warehouse. During the second construction phase, the Peneder arched roof was used as a fly roof and later partially supplemented with a building envelope. During the third expansion, steel structures and a double-shell arched roof including building envelope were installed.
